UDFs - enum argument - choose a value out of an "box"

Hi.

I would like to implement a UDF similar to the Cell function (http://office.microsoft.com/en-001/excel-help/cell-function-HP010062392.aspx) inside excel where you can pick one out of several items (info_type in Cell function).

Is this possible with ExcelDNA if yes how, if no any chance you could support it in the near future?

Excel does not currently have support for user-defined functions in the on-sheet IntelliSense (where function and argument descriptions are shown while typing a formula in the sheet).

It might be possible for Excel-DNA to add some support like this in future - I've done some research but a usable version would still be a while away.

I also recommend that you add this as a suggestion to Microsoft for future Excel versions, through whatever Microsoft channel you might have.
