Custom Registration - Async and Optional Params

hi, I tried to combine the two, but all the params just end up with null in them, unless I'm using the synchronous functions.

I've also seen a similar problem and tried to look at it a bit last week.
I think something is going wrong in on that parameter definitions for the lambda expressions.

So I've started some basic unit tests in the latest check-in, to try to pin it down, but they all work, so far... :-(

No good answer for, now ... let me know if you are able to make any progress.
Anyway, you can create the function wrappers yourself, instead of with the CustomRegistration transforms, and then it should work fine.

the FunctionExecutionArgs are populated fine, they're just not getting passed through the async caller (but I guess you knew that much already).

Sorry to trouble you so much Govert! thanks for the quick responses!

If you want to work on this, you might try to create a small, failing test in the ExcelDna.CustomRegistration.Test project. I suspect you need to apply the right transformations to a similar function, in order to get it to fail.
